Business Integrity and Whistleblowing Mechanism
LAGIS has established the Human Resources Team (under the Administration Department) and the Internal Audit Office to oversee the formulation, supervision, and execution of responsible business conduct policies, as well as the investigation and disciplinary actions for reported cases. At least once a year, a report regarding business ethics, regulatory compliance, and whistleblowing incidents is submitted to the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee. To strengthen corporate governance and oversight, internal and external consultation and reporting channels have been established. Employees and other stakeholders are informed of these channels through annual training sessions, internal company emails, the official website, and internal announcements.

Upon receiving a report, the company immediately assigns responsible units to conduct an investigation based on the nature of the case, ensuring proper record-keeping and follow-up. The identity of the whistleblower, the content of the report, and the personnel involved in the investigation are kept strictly confidential to prevent any unfair treatment or retaliation. For substantiated cases, disciplinary or corrective measures will be taken depending on the severity, including termination of employment contracts or business relationships, as well as necessary legal actions. Concurrently, awareness and preventive measures are communicated to employees through training programs, internal emails, and company announcements to prevent similar occurrences in the future.
In 2025, LAGIS had zero major or non-major non-compliance incidents, nor were there any fines paid due to non-compliance from previous years. (A major non-compliance incident is defined as a violation resulting in a fine exceeding NT$100,000.)
