Company Policy Commitment
LAGIS’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development
From 2024 to 2026, LAGIS is in the foundation phase, establishing a corporate social responsibility (CSR) management mechanism. From 2027 to 2029, the company will enter the strategic promotion phase, integrating sustainability concepts into all corporate operations and advancing key issues aligned with global sustainability trends. From 2030 to 2032, the value creation phase will focus on evaluating the overall environment and stakeholder expectations, integrating these with business development goals, and formulating the company’s CSR strategy to deepen integration between the organization and the value chain, enhance ESG performance, and progressively achieve the goals of strengthening governance, fostering innovation, and becoming a model enterprise.
To fully implement the concept of sustainable operation, LAGIS, through board approval, has adopted the "Sustainable Development Best Practice Principles," requiring that all operational activities of the company and the entire group align with international trends in balanced development across environmental, social, and corporate governance aspects. LAGIS is committed to becoming an outstanding corporate citizen, enhancing contributions to the national economy, and improving the quality of life for employees, communities, and society.
In addition, LAGIS actively supports the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), drawing upon the spirit of relevant initiatives. It follows four major principles: implementing corporate governance, developing a sustainable environment, promoting social welfare, and strengthening disclosure of sustainability information. These serve as the company’s operational guidelines.
We believe that through effective management and execution, sustainability actions can be integrated with business strategies and internalized as a fundamental part of corporate development and operations, enabling employees to continuously contribute to sustainable social development.
Each policy commitment is first proposed and drafted by the relevant department, refined and discussed by the Sustainable Development Committee, and then submitted to the Board of Directors for review and approval. The company will disclose these policy commitments in a timely manner.
LAGIS adheres to responsible business practices.
To uphold a culture of integrity and fulfill the expectations of investors and other stakeholders, the Board of Directors has approved and issued regulations related to "Ethics and Integrity." These specify the company’s policy standards, codes of conduct, operational procedures, behavioral guidelines, and relevant complaint mechanisms. Employees and business partners are required to comply with these standards in their work to prevent unethical conduct. LAGIS aims to cultivate a culture of integrity and accountability, demonstrating its commitment to the highest ethical standards in all business activities.
In addition, LAGIS complies with the Company Act, Securities and Exchange Act, Business Accounting Act, Political Donations Act, Anti-Corruption Act, Government Procurement Act, Act on Recusal of Public Servants Due to Conflicts of Interest, relevant regulations for listed companies, and other applicable laws and regulations related to commercial activities. This serves as the foundation for implementing ethical business practices. The company also continuously monitors changes in domestic and international regulations to assess potential risks and impacts, and reviews internal policies accordingly to ensure adequacy and appropriateness.
