Human Rights Policy

In fulfilling our corporate social responsibility, the Company is committed to protecting the basic human rights of all employees and stakeholders. We voluntarily adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Global Compact, and the International Labour Conventions. We also strictly comply with local labor laws and, guided by these standards, have developed the following human rights policy.

Based on our operations and business nature, the Company emphasizes the following human rights topics:

  1. Respecting and protecting human rights while complying with international and domestic laws
    We respect the fundamental rights of employees, supply chain partners, clients, and other stakeholders. We commit to avoiding human rights violations in all business operations and ensure our internal policies align with international human rights law and local legislation.

  2. Labor Rights

    • We prohibit forced labor, child labor, and exploitative workplace practices.

    • We provide fair wages and reasonable working hours in accordance with labor regulations.

    • We ensure a safe and healthy workplace environment, promoting physical and mental well-being and work-life balance.

    • We support freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

  3. Anti‑Discrimination and Diversity & Inclusion
    We ensure that employment decisions (hiring, promotion, salary, training) are made without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other protected characteristics, while actively promoting an inclusive workplace.

  4. Preventing Harassment & Workplace Violence
    We explicitly prohibit sexual harassment, workplace bullying, and other forms of harassment. A grievance mechanism is in place to ensure victims can report safely.

  5. Privacy and Information Security
    We respect stakeholder privacy and ensure proper collection and use of personal data. A comprehensive Information Security Management System safeguards data access and prevents unauthorized disclosure.

    Harassment & Workplace Violence1. Established Occupational Safety and Health Code.2. Sexual harassment hotline and workplace posters in place – 1 complaint filed since 2023.3. Clear grievance channels with confidentiality safeguards.
    Privacy & Data Security1. Compliance with Personal Data Protection Act and internal policies (HR-114 Data Protection, HR-116 Confidential Info). No misuse of personal data for unrelated marketing.2. Robust IT infrastructure and security controls (IC‑09, backup protocols, access control). Zero data breaches reported since 2023.
    Labor–Management RelationsWe promote harmony through communication, incentives, services, and training. Since inception, no major labor disputes have occurred.
    Workplace Safety & Health EnvironmentWe operate under the Occupational Safety and Health Act with a dedicated safety officer and quarterly fire drills. In 2024: one non-workplace related traffic accident injury (0.46% incidence, no work-related injuries/deaths). Health checkups and health management consulting provided. No ISO 45001 certification yet, but compliance-based safety training is ongoing.
    Talent Recruitment & MobilityTransparent, merit-based recruitment through public channels—employment centers, agencies, employee referrals. Inclusive of all genders, ages, races, nationalities, religions, political views, and sexual orientations.Additionally, we offer extensive employee benefits, including performance bonuses, health insurance, travel subsidies, birthday/holiday gifts, wellness programs, childcare stipends, training, and retirement plans.
